Our Retail Shop is


Following the latest developments on the Coronavirus we are pleased to announce that we are open again for business. We we have made changes to or premises, our practices and our procedures to allow us to serve our valued customers whilst helping to help limit the spread of the virus.

On the basis of the latest issued government advise the shop will be


We have implemented a strict social distancing policy to protect both our staff and you, our customers. We will be operating a split shift system for our staff to minimise the number on-site at any given time. It has also been necessary for us to introduce a queuing system as we can only allow one customer in our shop at a time. These changes may unfortunately mean that we may not be able to help you as quickly as we would like. During these restrictions we really appreciate your support and your patience

We are continuing to offer full support for our existing business clients and if you have an existing Support contract please use your normal point of contact

Where practical we’re promoting the use of Remote Support tools to try and repair our domestic customers machines remotely during the Coronavirus crisis.  Please leave a message on our answerphone and we will endeavor to provide assistance.

If you have had the need to Self-Isolate, or are Shielding, and you don’t have anyone to call upon, please call 01584 875624 and we’ll do what we can to help – even if it’s just a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk that needs fetching for yourself or a neighbour, they don’t have to have been a customer, and for the avoidance of doubt, we want nothing in return.
